What's a "bump" and why do I need one? ⌄
A bump is what activates your ad and keeps it visible in the directory. Bumped ads go on rotation — your ad cycles to the top of the page 20+ times a day so clients keep seeing fresh listings.
You only pay for one bump package and your ad runs continuously for the full duration.
Can I edit my ad after it's live? ⌄
Yes — at any time, with no extra charge. You can update photos, services, rates, availability, location, and your bio whenever you want from My Account → My Ads. Changes go live immediately.
Are there any extra fees? ⌄
No. The price you see is the total price. There are no setup fees and no hidden charges. When your bump expires, your ad simply stops being bumped — you can choose to bump it again or not.
What's the difference between the packages? ⌄
The features are identical across all three packages — the only difference is how long your ad stays bumped and how much you pay per week.
Longer packages mean a lower weekly rate. The 3 Months package works out to $30/week — that's $96 cheaper than paying weekly over the same period.
Can I switch packages or upgrade later? ⌄
Yes. When your current bump expires, you can choose any package for your next bump — there's no lock-in. Many advertisers start with 1 Week to test, then move to 3 Months once they see results.
How do payments work? ⌄
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — Lustia never sees or stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds? ⌄
Bumps are non-refundable once activated, since your ad is live and visible to clients from the moment payment clears. If something goes wrong on our end (technical issue, ad not displaying), we'll always make it right — just contact support.
What photos can I use? ⌄
Photos must be of you and you must be over 18. Watermarks are fine. Nudity must be blurred — explicit content is not permitted on the public-facing ad. See our content guidelines in My Account for full details.
