We deliver different massage styles with various amounts of pressure and manipulation of skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. 

Relaxation massage  This gentle form of massage uses long strokes, kneading, deep, circular movements, vibration and tapping. It helps you feel relaxed and energized.

Deep massage This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s commonly used to help with muscle damage from injuries.

Combination Massage We use equipment to apply firm pressure to your back, arms and legs. As well as offering a Deep tissue oil massage.

Sports massage This is similar to Deep Tissue massage, but it focuses on areas involved in sports activities to help prevent or treat injuries.

Back Walking Massage This is similar to Deep Tissue massage, in combination with back walking skills that focuses on using the therapist’s feet to apply pressure to the back, arms and legs to help improve circulation and break down the knots and adhesions and help realign the fibres back to normal.
